About Frost Meadowcroft

Frost Meadowcroft was formed in May 2008 by the merger of the agency business of Meadowcroft Surveyors LLP, an independent firm of chartered surveyors founded in 1976 originally based in Mayfair, and niche west London agency Frost & Partners based in Hammersmith. Our experience and service to clients in commercial property agency, valuation and advice in all sectors of the market in London and the UK goes back over 30 years.

The directors Simon Kibble, Justin Clack and Shaun Wolfe, head the team from our offices in Kensington and Hammersmith with Nigel Simpson in the valuation department and Rupert Searle in commercial agency. We retain the services of joint founding partner of Meadowcroft, Paul Hargreaves, and also Hugh Marshall as specialist consultants to the firm.

We consider one of our key strengths is being a small and specialised enterprise. Our clients enjoy the responsiveness and personal level of service and partner contact that we are able to offer, along with a breadth of advice that is usually only associated with much larger firms.

We offer advice and services for investors, owner occupiers and tenants throughout London and the south of England, and often further afield throughout the UK and even Europe.

As chartered surveyors, we work within the professional standards as defined by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Valuation and associated services are provided through our company Meadowcroft Surveyors LLP.
