Tenants have signed for the fifth and sixth floor of Kings House
Kier Property, the development arm of the Kier Group, and Investec Property, has secured two more tenants at Kings House in Hammersmith, West London.
Business management consultancy 4C Associates has taken a new five-year lease on 4,209 sq ft the fifth floor of the 60,000 sq ft office building and SailGP, a newly launched global sailing league, has taken a 3,257 sq ft lease of the entire sixth floor.

These deals follow previous lettings at Kings House to flexible workspace provider Work.Life and open source software consultancy, Zaizi. There are now three floors remaining.
