Market update - Office market shows biggest growth in commercial property

The office sector continued to witness the strongest rise in activity with the London office market showing the largest gains. Sustained global economic expansion and improved financial and business services activity are supporting the recovery in the London office market. The industrial sector saw higher demand as distribution activity remained strong. The slowdown in occupier demand in the retail sector has been accentuated by the impact rate rises on retail spending and employment.
