Diamond Seafoods, a seafood trading company, has taken a floor of 2,250 sq ft in Cannon Street, London EC4. A subsidary company of the Mitsuibishi Corporation, Diamond Seafoods used Meadowcroft to carry out the search and acquisition project for their relocation from High Holborn to the newly refurbished offices at 109 Cannon Street, negotiating a competitive rent and a useful 9 months rent free on the deal.
