The Kensington based Charity has just signed to take a whole floor in Hythe House in central Hammersmith. EFC instructed Frost Meadowcroft to handle the search and negotiations earlier in the year which covered options in Marylebone and Victoria finally settling on Hammersmith. This deal represents one of the first tranactions in 2009 of over 10,000 in Hammersmith.
