Two for One Deal!

Two of our clients have taken over 20,000 sq ft in the same building.
Espresso Education have signed to take 9,750 sq ft at Hythe House, Shepherds Bush Road Hammersmith. Espresso, advised by Frost Meadowcroft, will be moving from the Riverside Studios in Hammersmith, the original home of Chris Evans' "Don't forget your Toothbrush" TV show, where they have been based for the few years.
The deal follows the recent letting of the 2nd floor of 11,500 sq ft to Elizabeth Finn Care, also advised by Frost Meadowcroft.
