Jellycat, the toy company, has taken 5,232 sq ft at Shepherds Building, 1 Rockley, Shepherd’s Bush, west London, from Helical Bar. It is paying £22.50/sq ft for third floor and £10/sq ft for the lower ground. Edward Charles & Partners and Freeman Consultancy advised Helical; Frost Meadowcroft advised Jellycat.
