Clarion takes 30,000 sq ft in Ocubis, Fulham Green Development

Foxtons founder Jon Hunts development company, Ocubis, has agreed to let 30,000 sq ft at the Fulham Green office development in south-west London.
Clarion Events will move its headquarters to the scheme when it leaves Earls Court Exhibition Centre.
The events management company signed a 10-year lease for £27.50/sq ft in Bedford House, one of three refurbished office buildings on the Fulham Green campus (pictured), which totals 106,089 sq ft.
The six-storey Bedford House is now 85% let. Savills, Hanover Green and Frost Meadowcroft advised Ocubis; GVA represented Clarion.
