The London “Office Agency League Tables” produced by CoStar Group has ranked Frost Meadowcroft:
No.1 Agents by Number of Instructions for Q1 2012
No.2 Agents by Disposals (226,000sq ft) for the 2011 year
No.3 Agents by Availability (350,000 sq ft) for Q1 2012

The 1st quarter has begun with a flurry of office lettings and substantial
planning applications granted for development schemes. In our core area,
west of the West End, the impact of the European sovereign debt crisis
has not hit as many feared it may do at the end of Q4. With demand and
confidence improving, best office rents have increased in Hammersmith
to £34.50 per sq ft and £42.50 at Chiswick Park and Kensington High
Street. Lettings such as the 30,000 sq ft to Clarion Events at Fulham
Green and 60,000 sq ft at 44 Brook Green in Hammersmith boosts
confidence from Kensington to Hammersmith & Fulham and Chiswick
