FM Letting to Universal (publised in Estates Gazette) - Schroders Goes Gaga for Universal

Universal Music UK, which counts Lady Gaga among its clients, has taken new offices at Schroders’ Kensington Village, W14. As part of expansion plans, the record company has signed for 20,000 sq ft at Beaumont House of which 7,000 sq ft is sublet from design company Blue Marlin. It is understood to have signed a 10 year lease paying £35 per sq ft. The space in addition to its 76,500 sq ft HQ at 364 - 366 Kensington High Street, W14. Frost Meadowcroft advised Blue Marlin; BNP Paribas Real Estate and Hanover Green acted for Schroders.
