Make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury is to move her eponymous brand to a new head office in London’s Hammersmith. The company has signed a deal to occupy 5,300 sq ft of space at 50 Brook Green on a 10-year lease with a five-year break, at a rent of around £49/sq ft. It is moving from its current home at 18 Lonsdale Road in Kilburn.
Frost Meadowcroft and Cluttons represented the private investor landlord. Hanover Green acted for Charlotte Tilbury.
