Pokemon & Chiswick Park

The firm behind hit app Pokémon Go has signed a leasing deal to almost triple its office space in west London.

Pokémon International has taken 28,500 sq ft of space at Building 10 at Chiswick Park having agreed an assignment of lease with oil giant Tullow Oil.

Pokémon will occupy the third floor of the building at a rent of £44.50/sq ft and move from its 10,000 sq ft in Building 4 on the estate, which is owned by CIC and managed by Blackstone.
The expansion follows the global success of the Pokémon Go app.
Frost Meadowcroft advised The Pokémon Company International. Montagu Evans represented Tullow Oil.
