We are commercial and residential property valuers covering central London, Greater London and within the M25. Frost Meadowcroft undertake a wide range of RICS “Red Book” property valuations for both private and corporate clients. These include development appraisals, portfolio valuations, ground rents and investment property valuations.
Bank and Building Society Valuations
Frost Meadowcroft are on the approved panels for a number of major banks and lenders for commercial, investment and residential mortgage lending in London. In many instances, if we are not on a specific lenders panel we may be able to obtain the necessary approval on a case by case basis.
Frost Meadowcroft act for Executors in valuing residential and commercial property that forms part of a deceased person’s Estate. Often working with the Estate’s legal advisors, we prepare the reports quickly and sympathetically to suit HMRC Inland Revenue requirements. We will negotiate with the Revenue if necessary.

Commercial Property Valuation for SIPPs
Self-Invested Pension Plans (SIPPs) require periodic valuations. Frost Meadowcroft will provide RICS Red Book valuations for all the major providers such as James Hay and Curtis Banks, Suffolk Life and Dentons.
Capital Gains Tax Valuations
Frost Meadowcroft undertakes valuations for CGT from 1982 onwards. Valuations are prepared for the Relevant Date based on information available. This can often be many years after the property was sold or transferred.
Valuations for Charities and the Charities Act
We value property on behalf of charities in accordance with Section 119 of the Charities Act 2011 previously known as Section 36 Provisions of the Charities Act 1993. These range from commercial to residential properties across London and the South East. We also provide Qualified Surveyors Reports as required by the Charities Act when property is being let or sold by a charity.
Sadly, these valuations are often required to settle disputes between ex partners. Often working with the clients’ legal advisors, Frost Meadowcroft carry out impartial valuations of the property asset, recognising condition and other factors.
