Consultant Carallon relocates from Ealing, taking 32,850 square feet at 272 Gunnersbury Avenue.
DTZ Investors, on behalf of global insurance and financial services giant Allianz fully lets building of 32,850 square feet of offices at 272 Gunnersbury Avenue in Chiswick, London, to engineering consultant Carallon.
Carallon, which has moved from International House in Ealing, has taken a 10-year lease paying around £38.50 per square feet.
Frost Meadowcroft and Hanover Green advised DTZ Investors.
Allianz Insurance bought the offices at Chiswick Place, 272 Gunnersbury Avenue, from Rockspring Property Investment Managers for £11.4 million in 2014 and via DTZ Investors has carried out a significant refurbishment programme.
In June 2022, Allianz Real Estate insisted it is still keen on buying prime real estate assets globally despite putting more than €1.5 billion of European assets on the market shortly before the summer.
“Allianz continues to have appetite for prime assets in gateway cities of the world offering stable, long-term returns across the office, residential, logistics sectors and more,” a spokesman said at the time.
