Kings House, Hammersmith Office letting, 2 floors let to Hyperoptic

Hammersmith Office letting

Kier Property and Investec Property have agreed a 10-year office letting in Hammersmith with fibre broadband internet provider Hyperoptic, to let the second and third floors totalling 18,400 sq ft at Kings House, Hammersmith in west London.

The deal follows recent lettings at Kings House to business management consultancy 4C Associates, open source software consultancy Zaizi and global sailing league Sail GP.

In 2018, the 2011-founded Hyperoptic raised £250m to extend its full fibre optic network to 50 towns and cities across the UK.

Leigh Thomas, executive director for Kier Property, said: “This area of West London is an attractive place to work. Hyperoptic was drawn to Kings House in particular, because of the quality of the environment we have created, our sustainability policy and unrivalled facilities. Kings House is one of many office facilities that we’ve developed in London over many years and demonstrates our ability to develop space in London that is attractive to vibrant occupiers.”

Justin Clack, Director at Frost Meadowcroft, added: “This latest letting means that the building is 80% let, with a further 6,000 sq ft on the first floor under offer and just 12,500 sq ft remaining on part 1st and part 3rd floor.”

Kier Property and Investec Property were advised by Frost Meadowcroft, JLL and Colliers International. Making Moves advised Hyperoptic.
