This completely renovated building has been recreated as an open plan co-working space, in the heart of the ‘old town’ in Tonbridge, situated directly across the lawns from the stunning 11th Century Castle gate. The centre aims to provide ‘walk in and work’ facilities for remote workers, freelancers, start-ups and small businesses alike. Shared areas include a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, fridge and dishwasher as well as a bright courtyard garden. There are two membership options offered; Hot Desking, which gives access to use the hot desk table, WiFi and shared facilities up to three days a week. For unlimited access there is the Desk membership, providing an allocated desk with draws for storage and wired or WiFi connection in the shared space. VAT is not chargeable and there are no self-contained rooms within this building, all areas are open / shared. Both membership levels include rent, rates, utilities, maintenance and high speed business internet. All agreements have 30 day notice terms, providing the flexibility and freedom small/new businesses need.

Area Information

Situated in the creative heart of Tonbridge, in the immediate vicinity of a number of the town’s best coffee houses, cafes, bars and restaurants. The centre benefits from the beautiful surroundings of the Castle with historic buildings, manicured gardens and peaceful river walks. The High Street is within yards of the centre which is also close to Tonbridge swimming pool and leisure centre. Transport links are excellent with a public car park directly outside the building, the nearest bus stop is just 60 yards and Tonbridge’s main train station less than a 10 minute walk. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard garden behind a code locked gate.
