Skiworld has leased a floor of offices to Ksubaka at what is understood to be a record office rent in Chiswick outside of the Chiswick Park campus.
Ksubaka has signed a five year lease on 2,038 sq ft on the second floor of the 11,000 sq ft The Works office building at Turnham Green, Terrace Mews, W4.
It will pay £48.50 per sq ft.
